Master (Level 4) Personal Trainer specialist in diabetes and obesity

Group or 1:1 in-person or online sessions designed around you and your individual goals. Workouts may include cardio, core, strength, agility and balance, and muscle training. Programmes will help you to burn calories, build muscle, boost your metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of tailored exercises with a healthy diet will map out your health journey.

Exercise (Medical) Referral Instructor

As an Exercise Referral Instructor, GPs and other healthcare professionals are able to refer clients to Julie for tailored exercise programmes that form part of their health journey to manage a condition, chronic disease or illness.

Exercise Referral is focused on the prevention and management of chronic health conditions for inactive or ineffectively active individuals with medical conditions, and supporting individuals with two or more coronary heart disease risk factors, and mild to moderate mental health conditions, who need structured exercise.

Nutrition Coach

As a Nutrition Coach, Julie can provide you with support with your diet and your healthy eating journey. At Feel It Fitness, we also have a 16 week programme designed to support you on your weight loss journey - this is focused on nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress management and other contributing factors to overall health.

Sports Conditioning Coach

Julie can work with you to develop the qualities required for your particular sport. Programmes may improve strength, coordination, skill and cardiovascular fitness.

Life Coach

As a Life Coach, Julie can help you to reach your potential across areas of your life. Life Coaching is about providing you with a different perspective, helping you to define goals and follow through on these, helping you to overcome limiting beliefs, providing you with a heightened sense of self awareness, and helping you to know where to begin.

Feel It Fitness Group Classes

Julie is a qualified Gym Instructor, Exercise to Music Instructor, Personal Trainer, T3 Coach, Insanity Instructor, Group Indoor Cycling Instructor, Circuit Instructor, and Outdoor Fitness Instructor. Feel It Fitness run a number of classes including running programmes, boot camp, Insanity, boxercise, interval training.
